February is Heart Awareness Month
This is a health issue that is close to my heart; no pun intended. It was years ago when it happened. I was young and my mother, my best friend fell into my arms. Just that quickly she was taken from me. From all of us. I was the youngest of seven children. We found out later that she had a massive heart attack. That was many years ago but it is still happening.

Heart disease is the No. 1 Killer of Women. On the first Friday in February each year, thousands of women,
